Downtown Big Fork in the Winter

Here Highway 8 passes through Big Fork going west toward Mena.  All the original business buildings were torn down and only residences exist today.   There is one little store, "The Big Fork Mall", built in modern times, that can provide a candy bar and cold pop to passers-by.

    The "Big Fork Mall" building was previously directly across the Sulpher Springs Road from the small church. The original store (to me) was owned by Ed Little and was quite large. I think it burned and the small building was moved from its previous location to the present.
